ROOTS

A profound experience, rooted in the potential of the body and its biological intelligence. The total presence of the body; its natural movement, gesture, rhythm, song and spontaneity, creates and nourishes the vital pleasure of being alive.

BIRTH

A spiralling expansion of perception that lifts the power of emotion into a more sensitive awareness. A re-birth into truth and honesty as we dance with the natural wave of feeling.

FIRE represents the power of transformation, the courage to let go and embrace the strength that comes after the death of old patterns, ideas and habits. Fire is the passionate dance into the discovery of your eternal spirit.

WINGS

Breaking the chains that imprison the freedom of who we are, facing false limitations and old fears, learning how to develop wings, in line with the desire of our most intimate being;  flying high into the open sky, freeing the body, the mind, the heart and the spirit.

THE WAY TO ESSENCE

Dancing into the clear awareness that you’re not your personality or the conditioning of your environment.  If you’re not your personality, Who are you, then?

ONE BREATH

A work of interconnectedness through the breath of life, relating, contact, mirroring and respect for each other and all creatures. A dance of love celebrating the eternal power of one heartbeat, one circle.

MORNING STAR

The morning star announces the rising of a new dawn, a new time of reconnection and discovery of our light nature. In this Intensive, we explore ways and tools accessing our free spirit- the skywalker bridge between heaven and earth- to dance the mystery, dissolve into space, reveal the emptiness behind all form. (*)

GIFTS A dancing journey to discover our inner resources, qualities and individual capacities so that we can more confidently offer our talents and gifts in life. Emphasis is on the recognition of unconditional, spiritual service and the beauty and gratitude that arises through sharing one’s authentic, original self. (*)

(*) to access the last two intensives is required a previous participation to all the other workshops.

This is a pathway open to everybody and a certified Training that prepare facilitators to guide the first three workshops : ROOTS, BIRTH, FIRE.
